I was replacing my bathroom faucets every other year from Home Depot; A plummer who was a customer at Home Depot suggested I go to a REAL PLUMMING STORE when I shared with him my every other year purachases. HE suggested BJ'S and I have had the same un leaking batchroom faucets now for over 15 years. JOEL the OWNER of BJ'S works in the store and is AWESOME!!!!

BJ Discount, Inc. is a family-owned retail store in Garden Grove since 1963. It specializes in plumbing, heating, and electrical supplies, and maintains a large inventory for its size. Its greatest strength is the high quality service that it provides for its customers that range from trade professionals to first-time do-it-yourselfers. Each customer receives individual attention from a qualified salesperson and I was impressed with the extent of that attention. I was also impressed with the prices at BJ. Like most consumers I assumed that the lowest prices would be at the large chain discount building suppliers. I was surprised to find that prices for the same products were significantly lower at BJ. I have purchased many products at BJ, both large and small, and have been totally satisfied with their performance, as well as BJ's backing of them. BJ is a professional, efficient, and worthy business.

Had a great experience with help in finding a solution to a tough plumbing problem. I needed a specific type of back-flow preventer to fit in a very tight area. The fellow that helped me took the time to understand what I was trying to do, then found the right part to help me. I did not feel rushed or like I did not know what I was talking about. Would recommend them over any of the box stores anytime.
