I have melasma. Made several trips to Dr. Bitter's office. His Physician Assistant treated me. She didn't know what she was doing. Several treatments later. My condition did not improve one bit.
On top of that, the front desk staff is rude. I always showed up on time, yet each time, I had to wait from 45 minutes to an hour. No apologies whatsoever. I don't recommend you coming here.

Dr. Bitter, Jr is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to his patients. He will discuss all options with you and advise on what he feels is best to ensure you receive the results you are seeking. I do not feel pressured by him or his staff to purchase products or move forward with any cosmetic procedure.
