I called and spoke with Diana for pricing. She was rude and basically ended the call after my inquiring about the fairness of paying $79.95 for them to come out to estimate a simple sewer rodding. Weird behavior in the internet age. Passing on my experience. Hopefully they will get better after sharing this feedback.
Update:
OMG: My head is spinning after reading the BBB complaints against the company. Thank goodness she hung up on me. Looks like they only keep suckers on the line. The management needs to take immediate action to clear up this reputation:
Overpriced Natural Gas Shutoff Valve Install
I needed a gas shutoff installed on an existing roughed-in gas line for the kitchen stove (previous stove was electric) which was capped. Bishop Plumbing offered to take a look at it for $79.95 and repair it for a "flat rate". They came out and gave me a "flat rate" of $450 for what I thought was a very simple job. Having already taken the day off work to have this done, I was stuck in a corner with no choice but to authorize the work. They finished this extremely simple job in 15 minutes, and left 20 minutes later after looking around the house and trying to sell me other services I didn’t need. The entire job was maybe 1-1/2 hours, including travel time, for a total cost of $300/hr!! I called a couple other places to compare the $450 quote, and they said they would’ve charged about $200 for a simply job like adding a gas shutoff valve to a capped pipe.

I called Bishop Plumbing to express my concerns and give Bishop Plumbing a second chance to make things right. I was transferred to the Office Manager and I told her that this was a small job, their "flat rate" wasn't consistent with the work performed, that I felt a reasonable price for the work was $200, and that I wanted the delta refunded to me. She offered me a mere $30 refund only if I signed a form that I "waive my rights for any future refund and I waive my rights to file any future claim with any outside agency in regards to this service call". $30 is a joke, and nowhere near the $250 I wanted back ... I am not interested in cutting my losses I would rather share my experience with others so they know the truth about Bishop Plumbing.

After this situation, I read about this company on the Better Business Bureau website. Too bad I didn't check BBB before, as the reviews from other consumers and Bishop Plumbing's D+ rating (at the time this review was written), would've kept me from calling them in the first place.

LESSON LEARNED: ALWAYS CHECK BBB BEFORE HIRING A CONTRACTOR.

Be an educated consumer
Do your homework and get a second opinion. Just because they seem to know it all about plumbing, doesnt mean its ok for them to take advantage of good people.

Better call them pirate than businessman
It is really surprised to saw people doing business like this. There is a $334.50 for diagnosis, I don't know what is that cause all of other companies I asked lately do not have this fee. The guy actually just walked around my house for 5 minutes. Then he give me two choices, one was rod through the clean up and then checked with a camera, total price was more than $1600.00. The second choice was dig out all of pipes at the my front yard, and redo it again. The price was around $4600. I send him away immediately but still being ripoff with diagnosis fee. I called another company with same day service. There was no diagnosis fee although they checked through my house inside and outside. The Rod clean up and camera checking were done within $400.

My suggestion is if you are really rich and don't know how to spend money, Bishop will be a great choice.
