The man who operates this store is very unpleasant under the best of circumstances, but when i tried
to return a pair of shoes that were not comfortable, after only wearing them once inside my home, to determine if they were comfortable and fit correctly,
he became rude and offensive. The shoes, which cost over $120, and were in perfect condition when I brought them back, were the
6th pair I had purchased from this store. I've been a loyal customer because I have a hard foot to fit, not
because of the service. So Creepy Guy, with the BAD toupee, came up with every excuse he could, NOT
to even give me a credit. I will never do business here again, obviously, and I hope others think twice before patronizing such an unethical and unfair merchant. He was not willing to do anything to offer any
customer satisfaction, even though he could easily have cooperated and kept a customer, at no cost to himself. Think twice before you shop here, Nordstom's carries similar shoes and are happy to take returns
to make their customers feel valued. There is also a walking shoe store in Hillsdale Shopping Center,
where the prices are better and the service is very accommodating. Thank you.
