Billies is located off of Main Street across from a bunch of antique stores. It's a very small store but they have a wide selection of costumes. When I went in I asked if they had a chicken costume, Austin Powers and gorilla suit and they had all three! The store has limited hours, except around Halloween but it does stay open year round. Since it is a speacialty shop and the only one in town the prices are a little high. Rentals depend on how elaborate the costume is and length of rental but it's a good investment if you want to have a really good costume.

I used Billy's Costume for props for a photo shoot a few months ago. We were re-creating some famous Vargas drawings and needed authentic looking military hats and other props. I went into the store and told them the era of military clothing I needed, and the saleslady came back with armloads of stuff to choose from. They were great quality, and the photos looked excellent. Their prices are also very reasonable.
