I was greeted by a salesperson who said his name chico he refused to give me the price, and so the charade started then said i had to meet his boss mike hisson he proceeded to tell me that i was to stupid to realize a good deal, and called me a b*tch IN FRONT OF MY SON! I am not impressed with the staffing at the Bill White Chrysler Jeep lot on Hwy, 71 S. in Fort Smith, AR. In my situation, my father found a car on the lot that he was interested in and had talk to a certain couple of salesmen in order to find out information on it, as would anyone. The only difference is that he made a deal with them yesterday evening, made a special trip (about 35-40 miles) to be there when they opened at 8 in the morning, talked to a different salesman and they had changed their mind about the offer, after shaking hands the previous day. These people did not call, nor did the salesman that made the deal show up for work at the time stated. This just goes to show how sneaky and cowardly Bill White car salesmen really are. There are many other car dealers out there and I am positive that we will find one who treats us with dignity and respect, unlike these people did. So thank you Bill White but we will take our business elsewhere.
