Get your own opinion by jonatan b. at InsiderPages
I have been to Bills Birds several times purchased several parrots and never had a problem. Stop by get your own opinion because some of this information must be written by there competitors or personal enemies because it is no where near what I have seen there. I think they have been in business like 25 years selling birds. That says more than mine or any ones words.

This place is awful.
IParkview Pets is a great place to shop for your pets if you don't want to go to a national chain pet store retailer where it can be impersonal and boring. They offer many of the same products at the same good prices -- and they have a large selection of organic and natural pet foods. I especially appreciate the store because they don't overlook cats and have a lot of great cat toys you don't see anywhere else. They also have pet adoption listings and can help you find a new pet if you're looking to add one to your family. This is a great store with personalized serivce, and everyone is friendly and truly loves pets!

Bill's Birds Sucks by Lucio G. at InsiderPages
They bought a bird from us and signed a contract. They still owed us $100.00. They never paid and were very nasty every time we'd call. Threatened us! They are the absolute worst company alive!

LOYAL CUSTOME by NEVEN D. at InsiderPages
I don't understand, I have purchased birds from Bill's, I am in the store at least once a week buying food and toys. Someone is always cleaning or feeding or just tending to the birds.I have bought 7 parrots and maybe the floor needs to be swept sometimes
but with birds the floor always needs to be swept.I find the discounts and the services are great, they always groom the birds for free, and once my bird broke a feather and was bleeding, Bill met me at the store at 11 p.m. I tried to give him some money but he wouldn't hear of it.I save a ton of $$ at that store and I was recently at Beverlys in Pembroke Pines and I paid one third of what they were asking for the same bird, that I just bought at Bill's.You should go and check it out for your self. They are always open. And let me give you a tip, always ask for a discount and the they will come down in price, and I love to haggle.

dirty store
aI dont see how some off you can give this store 5 stars. the place is dirty, birds are feed poor diet and have no toys to play with. The birds in the bottom never see day light and are ignored by the owners. As far as helpful don't trust them they lie about the birds they also buy birds without asking any question about where these birds come from. They buy any bird no questions ask. I wonder how many of these birds are stolen. I saw one of the owners push a bird to the side really hard in order to get another bird out of a cage .They don't care about these birds. Baby are sold before they are weaned thats a NO NO.Cages and toys are nice and priced cheap. Maybe they should stick to just selling them NO BIRDS. Most birds can be re-socialized and not all of the birds are sick I think the store should be closed. As far as knowledge of bird i think they have very little I am a bird owner
