DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
I purchased my car August 2007, a month after I bought it the car would periodically not start. I called Courtesy Honda and they told me that since it was not happening consistantly that I would have to bring it in when I could show them the problem. Once I could demonstrate the problem for them (3 months later, because it got worse) they mis-diagnosed the problem, Thank goodness that I checked online blogs about saturns! We advised that they fix another part in the car and that problem was then fixed.
several weeks after that my power steering went out randomly while I was driving. Thankfully I could feel the difference so there was no accident, but it took another several months before I could prove to them that the power steering had gone out.
Now! not 2 weeks after getting that fixed I try to get out of my car and the key is stuck! The car will not turn off! I frantically took it to another mechanic to see if we could get the car turned off and we had to pull the ignition switch to do so. I took it to the dealership who's auto department was already closed and I had deal with a very rude sales man who finally agreed to lock my car in their shop until the next morning.
They have fixed all but one of the problems to date, but I had to pay them to do it, and thankfully so far all of the problems have been covered under the warranty that I PAID EXTRA FOR! AND I STILL HAVE TO PAY THEM $160 TO FIX IT EVERY TIME!!!!!
Unless you are coming to them with money, the sales people want nothing to do with you. They sold me a car that in 1 year has had 3 major problems! Whats next? The brakes go out? A wheel falls off while I'm going 65 down the highway?! RIDICULOUS! This place should be shut down, and not be allowed to sell anymore lemon cars.
Purchase at your own risk from this place!

Horrible Service
I took my car into this dealership and their service was atrocious. I had to call 3 times and no one ever returned my call. I called a week ahead of time and scheduled the appointment and told them what was wrong with my vehicle. I knew what was wrong, because it has happened once before. I did that in hopes that the part would be ordered and could avoid waiting on a part. Instead I am with out a car for a day and a half and to make matters worse I am 38 1/2 weeks pregnant. The service here is seriously bad. Avoid it at all costs, go somewhere else

Costco dropped them as should you..mumbo jumbo !!
They were listed with Costco and now are not due to there not following ttheir rules they are no longer used by them.My experience there as a shopper was very discouraging, yes the old time treatment of passing you from one sales person to another but given i was an announced Costco buyer I could never get the papaerwork promised to get the Costco discount. I left so upset i still have not purchased any car.

Great Service Work
I took my 1994 Honda Accord in for service 5 years ago, the car was aging but I needed it to last. I paid $700 for a full tune up, including all new belts plugs and many other replacements. I still have my Accord, added anopther 100k miles and have had ZERO problems with it.

They went out of their way to make sure I understood the work that was going to be completed and when I would be able to pick up my car. First class service all the way!

Thanks Bill Pearce, I love your service department!!!
One of the age old questions that's always asked is how reliable your mechanic is. I've always had difficulty trusting any mechanic, but without question Bill Pearce Honda has earned my trust and my business for life!. These guys are great. The well knowledge service consultants are friendly and always willing to help out and give you very honest feedback as far as what type of work needs to be done. Though they charge dealer prices for work, they also don't charge for many of the "small" jobs that other dealerships would. Complimentary shuttle service during the week and the willingness to listen carefully to make sure the find the problem you brought it in for. They are truely willing to make sure the customer is taken care of. They also offer great waiting area with complimentary coffee, donuts and pastrys. My car always comes back in great shape (and if there is a mistake, they are willing to fix). I've enjoyed them so much, I drive down from the Lake Tahoe area (about a 1 hour commute) just to stay with them. Really make the whole car experience not just tolerable but enjoyable...

I noticed one customer bashed their sales staff which completely supprised me. It was almost 1 year ago, I purchased from them but the same sales guys are there and they are always ready to give me a friendly handshake and if they see me waiting generally offer me a ride somewhere (now that's service). I noticed you said they asked for a calculator and said they refused to give him one? Hmmm, kinda tells me about what type of person you must be, besides if you didn't know, there's a calculator built in to your cell phone buddy.
