Bill is the best!
We damaged our washer when we moved in 20 years ago. Bill's business is close by, so we called and he came out and fixed it for us that day. Over the years, he has fixed or replaced almost every major appliance in our house. We've never had to have anything repaired twice. He is an honest businessman. You can trust his judgement about whether to repair or replace. He seems genuinely interested in what's best for us, not just his bottom line.
