Dr. Bijoor is condescending and impatient. Rather than answering your question she rolls her eyes and talks down to you. They have hygienists perform the cleanings. While some are excellent, others are TERRIBLE. On one visit the hygienist didn't get any of the plaque off my son's teeth. We walked away with dirty teeth, but had to pay the bill anyway. They promised me that Dr. Bijoor would do the cleaning on our next visit, but that was a lie. They promised me one subsequent free cleaning and that was a lie too. My bill is different on every visit. They rescinded on previously agreed upon terms and told me that they didn’t have these terms on file. They said that the lady that made these arrangements was no longer with the practice. They charged me for procedures that they didn't perform and weren’t covered by insurance. I paid A LOT out of pocket. Good luck trying to get your money back from their billing personnel. I stupidly let them convince me into bringing my son back 3 times. I have enough aggravation in my life without having to pay top dollar for awful service and lousy attitudes.
