The main reason i enjoyed Bija Yoga Studio is because all the classes are small and it's a very nice environment and very relaxing. I didn't feel like i had to rush to the next position. They give you variations when its too difficult so it's really for everyone.

This is by far one of the most beautiful studios in S.F. The teachers are trained at a level of excellence- their knowledge and experince far excell what I've seen at other studios. There are a variety of classes that meet the needs of all students. This is a must see place.

I remember going to those really cool restaraunts
that were a well kept secret.
Bija Yoga is at the top of that list.
Teachers who have experience and have the know how on working with students with injuries or ailments. Its nice to go to a studio thats always clean and is just a pleasure to go to when you get off of work.
