I needed to cover my patio cushions. I stopped by a well/known chain store in our area because they were having a sale. Their price was good, but I didn't find what I wanted. My neighbor suggested that I go to the Big Y Yardage Outlet in Montclair. So I did. They had such a selection- at least 35 or more different outdoor fabrics! But the best thing of all was the fact that outdoor fabric was on sale for $8.00 a yd! I couldn't believe it! They even helped me calculate my yardage requirements. This is a store that I know I will definately recomment to others and I know I will be returning again and again!

While I don't buy a lot of fabric, of the times I have, I've really appreciated Big-Y. You can find a wider variety at the big chain stores, this place is just really nice and personable. They're my first stop.‎

This store has great prices and the staff is very helpful. The selection of Waverly fabric is excellent. They give you large samples to take home and compare and match. I go there first for every re-upholstery project.

of items to choose from. We needed fabric for a Scout craft, so we weren't choosy (not like having to match a blouse or skirt) and needed quantity at inexpensive prices. We found it here! Not bright and cheerful like some fabric stores, but certainly a place we'd return to when looking for similar material.
