Long time Customer

I have been a customer of big tex west for about 7 years now, and have bought 4 trailers from them. They have the luxury of placing a down payment on trailers and allow you to pay the rest of the amount when you pick it up. I have never had any problems with this company. They are family run and everyone that works there are very helpful and are able to answer any questions you have, unlike other trailer companies. I shopped around for months for a trailer and once i found them I knew I found the right place. They were so nice and didn?t care about the amount of questions I asked. I didn?t know anything about trailers until they assisted me. I can honestly say that I know more now then I knew before finding this company.

"Get It In Writing" Cross your " t,s" and dot your " i's"

I have learned the hard way that a hand shake or phone call deal is not the way to do business anymore, and especialy do not give more than a small token down payment until you are ready to pick your product up so you see it and can be sure you are getting what you think you baught, and most of all "DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD # OVER THE PHONE" if you do, the total amount of sale can be and will be charged on your credit card account as soon as the # is given. So! if you have a dispute with no paperwork, your up the perverbule creek without a paddle when you try to get full credit back on your credit card account. I am very sorry I did business with this Co.
