Absolutley do not use. Scam artist.
I purchased a Groupon for Big O that included three oil changes for $29. I first went this location on Valencia Rd to use my first oil change. The manager told me it would cost $14.95 for waste, disposal, and taxes.
I looked at the Groupon and it only mentioned that it did not include waste fee and taxes. Keep in mind he said the disposal fee was $10.
He told me sorry, but it did not include these fees. I told him that this didn't really match the description in Groupon. However, since $25 for a change really wasn't too much and I had already purchased it, I was going to go with it anyways.
Then he told me he needed the printed out paper as he needed the number and to sign the paper so I couldn't use it more than 3 times. I showed him the app on my phone had a number and a "mark used" button. As well as stated that the paper idea wasn't a good idea as I could simply reprint it. He insisted on the paper.
I decided to cancel at that point due to the hidden cost issue and the seemingly bad customer service over the printout.
When I got home, I called a different location. They told me the Groupon didn't cover a $2.50 waste fee only. However, they did need the printout.
I told him what the other location did and he chuckled a little and said no, its only $2.50. I went to them instead with my print out.
DO NOT USE BIG-O TIRE ON VALENCIA. Also they own the restaurant next door as well.

I can't tell you how many times I have needed something done on my truck and taken it to Big O Tires. My family has spent many days waiting in that waiting room and they always treat us like famly. We are never just another customer. I have never had to take any of the three trucks I have owned in the last 17 years back to have anything refixed. They did the work right. I realize it was different mechanics but always done right.
