GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & REPAIR SKILLS
I took my car to Troy a referred BIG O TIRE DEALER, and OH BOY, he has great customer service skills and extremely helpful in the repairs of my car. Troy is a Christian man that believes in Love, Honesty and Respect for his customers. In which, has earned his team my business as long as Troy remains Owner. I strongly recommend Mrs. Samatha A to give these guys a brake and let them at least redeem them selves for you. LET GO AND LET GOD GUIDE YOU. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY. A FRIEND

I went into Big-O because the tires and prices were quite reasonable... But boy did I pay in horrid customer service and quality of work. The store was a mess, parking was difficult, the wait for a simple change of tires is hours, not to mention other work!!!!!
Pay the extra 5 bucks and go somewhere else!!!

The store is conveniently located right off of the freeway at Hampshire, the lines weren't too long and the store was kept quite clean. Everything was great, but there was a lack of parking up front.

Best service I ever received
Troy, the owner, sat down and chatted with me, showed me the problems with my car, let me call my boyfriend on his phone and was extremely helpful. If you need tires, stop by, it'll be the most entertaining errand you've ever run.

I recently went to Big O when I needed to get 4 new tires for my car. They were cheaper than every other place I called, got me in immediately, and changed all my tires and had me out the door in about 1/2 hour. If you go, talk to Troy...he is very helpful.
