NEVER GO HERE!!!! Horrible customer service!
NEVER go here! The employees are rude and condescending to women! The tires stink and you definitely don't get your money's worth! I bought expensive tires from Big O and they did not even last me two years. I went in to get my free tire rotation (which is part of the warranty) and they refused to do it unless I bought new tires from them! I couldn?t believe it! Horrible customer service!

Pros: i agree with the guy above....if you like dirty bathrooms come here!
Cons: bad customer service, expensive tires that are not made to last, always try to con you into getting things you don't need!

Avoid, poor service and are after the $, not helpful
This place is slow and their Big O Tires brand tires don't last and I had a tire with tread that just came apart from highway driving. They try to charge all these extra fees that they don't advertise and tell you your car has other problems that need expensive fixes for and all I wanted was my tire fixed. I took it for a 2nd opinion and the mechanic said that I wasn't the first one to be told false problems about brakes from these Big O Tire chains. Go to Costco for better prices and service.
