Love this place Low Prices and a very easy...‎
I usually get tires from another store in town. However, they took me for granted and so the Big O Store recently opened up and I needed an oil change and wipers. They have tire pricing online www.bigosebastopol.com. I checked here first before going into the store. They were great helpful and no hard sell pressure, they even taught me about tires and how to make them last longer. Local shuttle is convenient, make sure you check the schedule and it fits into your time frame. Not sure why everyone is so nice, made me feel appreciated. Thanks, Bob T‎

customer service is inconsistent‎
The first time my car was there everyone was really nice, attentive - even sent me a thank you note a week later. The second time was not that way. I was given the run around. When I called in to talk to the owner, Robert, I was yelled at and not given the opportunity to speak - he kept cutting me off midsentence. When I called corporate office, I was told that Robert had already called them and that I was the one in the wrong. They even had the gall to send me a coupon asking me to come back. Needless to say, it's in the recycling.‎
