One staff ruins it all: Please refer with the Store Manager "Naji" (not sure if this is her name), about the incident with one of her subordinates named "Roxanne". You have one employee that could never be an asset to your good store. She is so rude and doesn't have any respect to customers. She created a scene and embarrassed me before other customers, and when I asked for the supervisor or manager she said that that person is not available and that she is "IN CHARGE." She can deny this but I hope you can just make sure that she will be monitored on how she shows her customer service skill.
