Yeah they might be $3.99 more than the competitors but you won;t get nickel and dimed on your tire purchase. They have the right tire at the right price and no pressure sales, nor will they try to sell you "air" for your "horn.

I used to take my cars to Lou Webber for tire service, but their wait time is unbelievabily long and the prices are a bit high. I started using Big Chief and couldn't be happier. They always have quick service and a good price. I do buy the extended warranty, although I've never had to use it. I've been a customer for probably 2 years now and have reffered all my family and friends. Everyone I know thinks they do a great job. I would highly recommend them!

This past thursday we had the rear tires replaced on our car at BCT and 4 and a half days later,1 of the tires blew out.We call the tire company about getting the tire replaced because it must have been defective.The tire blew out in 2 areas along the sidewall the holes are 180 degrees apart from eachother and we notice that the entire sidewall is weak and separating.Now,when the tire went out,Marcus was traveling along 9A going at least 70 mph and had the tire went instantly from inflated to flat causing the rim to slam into the ground with considerable force causing a dent.When the guys at BCT saw the dent in the rim,they insisted that is what caused the tire to lose air and therefore the tire was not defective.Then they tell us that we had declined the roadside hazard warranty.WE NEVER DECLINE THAT SERVICE with all the construction in Jax,we would be morons to decline the roadside hazard.The manager Clint told Marcus that I had declined when he asked me over the phone about it but when Marcus was asking Clint face to face about warranty and tread,he never mentioned roadside hazard.In fact he said"The tires have a 40000 mile tread expectancy,BUT THAT IS NOT A WARRANTY,WE DO NOT WARRANTY OUR TIRES." So,I call the owner Fritz.I tell him what is going on,when he returns my call he explains to me that Clint told him that there was a hole in the rim so big that you could stick a finger in there.WHAT!It was a DENT no bigger than a pebble.Clint insists that he tried to sell the roadside hazard to me.WHEN HE DIDN'T.and Fritz they are given incentive to push the sales of roadside hazard.If that is the case,why didn't Clint mention it to Marcus when he was asking about that kind of coverage?I feel that this is the worst run business and has no concern about selling defective products.TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO NEVER GO TO BIG CHIEF TIRE COMPANY TO GET THEIR TIRES REPLACED.We have gotten better,more reliable service from the automotive department at Walmart.Thanks.
