My carpets were just cleaned recently by Big Apple Carpet & Rug Cleaning Experts and the work they did was truly something to be proud of. No chemical smells burning my nose and eyes (the only use non-toxic cleaners), NO left over spots and most importantly my bank account in still in-tact. Thank you!

These guys are THE ONLY people you need to clean your carpet... Big Apple Carpet ARE THE BEST WITHOUT A DOUBT! They are extremely fast and flexible on appointments, extremely nice and personable, but the best comes with their work. They make your carpets SPOTLESS, even when your carpets look like they can't be fixed... Do not waste your time with a cheap groupon cleaner, because they won't get the job done like these guys will. They are extremely informative and will instruct you on how to keep the carpets looking great!!!!

I've been using Big Apple Carpet for years and they've consistently been fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. They've gotten food and pet stains, and pet odors out of my carpet, and never damaged it, I can always get an appointment with them at very reasonable times and days. They also will explain what they're doing and why, and will give advice for any spot treatments that you need in between cleanings.
