Maytag Neptune Gas Dryer Service

Had a problem with my Maytag Neptune Dryer staying lit. It would ignite initially for about 2 minutes. The flame would then go out. I could see the ignitor glowing on and off periodically, but it would not light off again. I replaced the 4 exhaust hose and cleaned out the other sections of exhaust duct. Still no luck.
I call Kissinger Maytag. The service man that answered the phone said that I had a bad solenoid. I bought the part a half hour later and replaced the solenoids as directed. The dryer now works great!

If you want fast service, don't take your appliance in to the store. We took our microwave in and they told us what they thought was wrong with it and how much it would cost. They also told us that they would check it out further and call us within 2 days to let us know for sure. Here is is a week later, and after 2 phone calls to them, we were promised a phone call the next day and still no phone call and we don't know what's going on with it. Maybe in a week or so we might have our microwave back or at least a phone call.
