i have been to many bikes shops in califonia from la to sf. and i know that this shop is the most trust worthy place i have seen, they take care of your bike while it is in the shop and they make sure that random people dont just mess with what belongs to you. more than once i have been in the shop and they have had the restroom closed to the public so they could store i bike within it that has a high cost.
i ride a fixie so i tend to lay my bike down more often than i would like. but everytime i have they have made sure to fix everything i broke.
i had a wheel set build here a year ago and have teken them in twice now to be trued, only to find out that even a solid yeay, and thousands of miles later they did not need any trueing.
deb at the shop can be trsuted with any wheel. she can buld true respoke and fix anything you bring in.
bryan is a mechanical god that has rebuilt bikes for me and my friends that most people would(and did) say just toss it in the trash. one bike me and a friend took in bryan worked on for a whole month. it even gave me nightmares. but he did it right.
i would swear this shop above any other.
they are great folks with great skills.

When I went into Bicycle Johns Lancaster, CA. I knew this was the place to go. I was greeted when I walked through the door. I felt like they really cared about my needs.Good customer service is very rare these days, but is a breath of fresh air when you go to Bicycle Johns. Oh and repairs are top notch as well
