This bike shop is horrible!
Serious bike riders do not go to this shop. I made the mistake of going there when I first got to town. The shop is totally disorganized and smelly too. The employees hate the owner which shows in everything they do. People generally work there a few months and quit - the whole place turns over regularly. There are lots of good bike shops in Reno so don't make the same mistake I did.

"best bicycles and best costumer service"
They have the best bicycles and the best costumer service, I love my bicycle and I wanted new parts to replace old parts so I just called this guys and they took care of me right away and sent me the parts the following day they are great especially Paulo.
