Never let me down
I've been using them for over 20 years and they always come through for me. They have all the parts and can tell you how to do it. If I can't do it they send out a professional. I hope they stay around!

Over the years I have bought plumbing fixtures and parts from Biard & Crockett, and one time I had them replace my water heater.

What impressed me about their staff when buying parts is that they really know their stuff. They took enough time to offer suggestions and explain why some parts work better than others.

When it came time to replace a leaky water heater, I gave them a try. If their sales staff were good, shouldn't their service staff be? They didn't disappoint. They didn't have the least expensive estimate, but they included things (e.g. a drip tray) others charged extra for. They were quick and professional. I have had no problems with my water heater over the year and a half later I've had it.

I recommend them to others, and I will call them again when I have a plumbing problem.
