NEVER GO THERE,unless you want to be badly treated by them,pay 3 times more the price and dishonestly scammed literally(they will kinda say something and when you buy it ,you will ffind you have been scammed !!)

I've done my fair share of jewelry shopping, believe me, and the few times I've been to Bhindi without my Mom or boyfriend accompanying me, I've noticed a stark contrast in staff's behavior. It seems as though they are less likely to show you anything or take the time to answer your questions. This experience just left a bad taste in my mouth and in my opinion you shouldn't get better customer service if it looks like you are there to buy a lot.

I'm sorry to say that my experience at Bhindi Jeweler was horrible. The facade, sales women, and even managerial staff are deceptively helpful, polite, and friendly. However, under deeper investigation it is a well practiced and calculated con and you are the target. I dealt with them in trying to create a perfect engagement ring for my fiancee. They turned what should be a happy and non-threatening occasion into a nightmare. When my fiancee and I first looked at rings there I thought we had found a perfect fit. Little did I know they valued both the ring setting and the diamond at over double what it was worth all while telling me (and showing a placard) that they participate in no bargain buying. When I called to discuss this, they lied and got me to come in person, again hoping that I was an easy target. I was amazingly disappointed with this company. I ended up finding a much nicer diamond and ring for half the price they wanted. I submit this review to help any of you other guys out there who want your engagement shopping to be much less painful. Trust me, don't go to Bhindi Jewelers.

Bhindi is one of the rare Indian jewelry shops that have an affordable selection... most Indian shops in LA are highly overpriced... Bhindi Jewelers, in the heart of Little India, sports a great collection of everything from trinkets to more expensive rings and bracelets... the staff is also very friendly... I had to get an item replaced because the beads had fallen out and they did so without fuss and also gave me a free set of Kurta (an Indian dress) buttons for all my trouble! These guys are very awesome and very friendly!

This store looks like a palace. It is the Harry Winston, Tiffany, and Cartier of Indian style jewelry. The jewelry here is top of the line and exquisite. Definitely the place to go for that gift for a special someone you love.
