Great Hospital with services from Nurses, Doctors and Staff.
I was passing by and ended up had an accident. They took me to Beverly Hospital and treated me there until I got well. They also provided the shuttle to take my all they way home to Hollywood.
I highly recommend and Thank You.

Horrible Service ‎
I was there about 2 yrs ago and the service was horrible. And to add to the bad service they also lost all my insurance info and now I'm being sent to collections for "not having insurance" when in fact I did/do and always have had insurance. Not only is their ER staff rude and unprofessional but their admin staff doesnt know what they are doing.‎

If you're smart... stay away!!!‎
The treatment her was worse than being sick!! My husband came because it was the closest hospital to our home, but it was sure a mistake; although some of the nursing staff was helpful (by some I do mean 2 nurses) most of the nursing unit looked at me like a crazy woman when I asked for help. In fact, when I approached the nursing station in the middle of the night because my husband was feeling extremely nauseous the "kids/nurses" behind the desk just kept on playing with their cell phones without a care in the world. The next morning when I approached the same station looking to speak to my husbands nurse I was told to please go back to the room and push the call button (which we had done twice already); needless to say the nurse was never paged and didn't come by the room until about 15 minutes later, all this time my husbands I.V was broken and leaking fluids. In addition, you have to practically wrestle someone for a towel or an extra hospital gown... oh, and don&#39 ...

Avoid at All Cost‎
My 82 year old grandfather visited the ER where he was transferred from a convalescent home, countless tests were done... Waited for hours upon hours, and he was not admitted into the hospital until very late that night. Nurses on the fifth floor are rude and could care less about the patient's well being. Transferred to third floor. Nurses again lack any humanity. Doctors are seldom seen and could not get a call back to save a life. All this happened within the span of 2 and half days. Grandfather will receive better care elsewhere.‎
