Fake resevation‎
I made a reservation from Moscow 30 days befor. We needed a big car (11 passangers) to go Las Vegas. When I tried to get a car, resevation manager Michail Chiranian was lost. Other managers also didn't help us. They said - the car's not ready, try find out any other cars. So we get 2 small cars and payed twice. Never use this rental car company.‎
