Walked in there on y lunch after riding up on my Ducati - thought this would be the place to go since I'm new in town - WRONG... Guy on the floor at the first desk, cool, and pretty nice... Parts counter guy who went to get help for me - ok I guess - part counter gal - dont know she never even so much as said HI - service guy who was SUPPOSE to come help me before my lunch hour was over NOT SO COOL... Wasted lunch HOUR waiting for this guy to come out and help me oh did I fail to mention I was the ONLY ONE at the store...
Pretty bummed out - I read the 4 whole reviews and all were good - well sorry to say my experience was well I guess its fair to say far from good..

I bought my 09 Monster 1100S from Advanced Motor Sports in Dallas which is considered #1 Ducati dealer in US. Had a chance to visit BH Ducati whilst on business in LA and fell in love with the place. It was Saturday early AM and visited the place just to look around, they had an awesome Monster 1100S custom painted and the most awesome Ducati BH t-shirts (true designer stuff not usual tacky stuff you find in other places). Staff was super attentive and polite, even offered to trace some part from my Corsa 08 Arai helmet that I wanted replaced and hadn't even asked AMS... Overall I wholeheartedly recommend this to any Ducatisti ;)

Job well done team BH Ducati, you have definitely won my business and I'll come by for a new Ducati when I move to LA!

I have always had great experiences with beverly hills ducati. My experiences this last weekend have inspired me to post here on citysearch. My girlfriend has always said I would crash and maim myself on a bike. Well I did drop the bike, hey, not too bad, I wasn't hurt but the shifter was bent and stuck in gear so I wasn't going anywhere. GF came and picked me up, we drove home, I looked up the stores email and sent them a message since it was sunday and they were closed. 20 minutes later I got a call, the owner was checking email and got mine. Since I didn't have any way to get the bike to the store he picked it up for me, on his day off. There it is, these guys are great.

When I first walked into the store I was a bit worried about the service and pricing that I would get because of the name. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and then was pretty much left alone to browse which is great because I hate it when you cant take two steps without being harrassed. When I wanted some help it was readily available and the young guy who was helping me was great - knew the answers to all my questions. I must have tried on 20 different jackets and he didn't try to hurry me or make me buy something. I had already shopped some online and they had the jacket that I liked for LESS than I found it online. They had a LOT of monsters on the floor but hardly any sportbikes - apparently the new 1098 is rolling out of the store as soon as they get them in, it would have been nice to see one even if I am not getting one. The retro bikes were really cool too.
After I pass my class I will be back to get a bike from them.
