Great dermatologist…best I have ever been to.

Dr. Bussell and her friendly staff have taken excellent care of me for my various skin problems. They have helped improve the health and overall look of my skin, making me FEEL GREAT about my physical appearance.

This doctor REALLY CARES and the staff is very pleasant. There are various PA's who are all sweet. I love Crystal, who is quite knowledgeable and efficient.

What I also appreciate here is that they take the time to explain procedures so that I can understand them. My questions are always answered.

I can usually get an appointment pretty quickly and they are very helpful whenever I may call with questions.

They really do everything they can to listen to patients and make them comfortable.

The office is centrally located in Beverly Hills and parking is very easy (across the street).

Hands down the most pleasant medical staff I have seen. For me, the doctor experience started on the phone, even before I came in. The woman I made my appointment with was professional and accommodating. When she called me a couple weeks later to remind me of my appointment she made sure to answer my questions.

The day of my appointment, parking was easy across the street in a public lot. The office is located in a well-maintained modern building. The waiting room was comfortable with plenty of current magazines and a flat screen TV. The receptionist was pleasant and made sure I had my forms and a cup of tea. She was also discreet, taking care to keep our conversation private. When I was led to my consultation room, I saw that it was immaculate and looked new.

I was there to have a rather embarrassing mole removed so I was a little uncomfortable at first. My discomfort went away thanks to Dr. Bussell's excellent bedside manner. She was discreet, professional and did everything to put me at ease. I did not feel any pain during the actual mole removal. They did a biopsy of my mole, which I think is standard.

After that, I wanted to make the most of my appointment and ask the doctor some general questions. She took her time to speak with me so I didn't feel rushed. We talked about my skin habits and she suggested easy ways to take better care of my skin at home (simple remedies like changing my pillow case more often to help with acne and what to do about my chronically dry hands).

The medical assistant who was in the room with me also deserves special recognition. One of these five stars is for her. After my appointment, I remembered that I wanted to ask about dermabraison versus laser for acne scars so I came back and she gave me a comprehensive comparison, discussing the pros and cons. I decided to make another appointment for dermabraison so I'll be back.

I was first introduced to BH Derm and Dr. Bussell, upon the recommendation of a cosmetic surgeon when I was in High School (so you'll fully understand the significance and context of my post, I am now in my early 30's), so I speak from more than 20 years as a patient.

There is nothing I can say that would quite adequately express my debt of gratitude or that could possibly articulate just how much of a positive impact Dr. B and her staff have played in my life, not only aesthetically, but also socially and personally . I could probably insure my face/body with Lloyd's thanks to Dr. B at BH Derm!

Skill Level: Let's Just Say there is Only 1 Dr. B!!!!! Would not trust my skin to anyone else!

Appearance: Immaculate (organized and extremely clean)! You could probably eat off the floors.

Service: Prompt, Professional, Very Customer-Centric and Respects the Patient's Right to Privacy and Confidentiality.

Pricing: Well we are talking about BH! So although they are not exactly cheap, they are fair, considering the market. I truly believe the old adage holds true that "You Get What You Pay For"!

Extras: Always has a Huge Leaded Crystal Bowl of Tootsie Rolls, Pepperidge Farm Cookies and Coffee/H2O

I love that at this office, every patient gets the VIP treatment. When I came in, I was attended to by a lovely staff and really felt like the doctor was there to make my life better. She and the PA listened to me and answered my questions. It was such a fresh and nice suprise to be treated so well in a medical office--in other offices I have seen, doctors are more like salesmen than healers. Not Dr. Bussell--she cares only about the medicine and when it comes to dermatology, she is always right! Her opinion is the one I listen to, I trust her completely for my medical care and also for referrals. Every visit here is a pleasant experience.
