Gives BMW a bad reputation and name
Unresponsive, a bit of attitude, poor service and just awefull are the mixture that makes this a BMW source. OMG, I love the BMW car, but to endure this bad sales and service turns me so off to this car, that it makes me sad.

I hope BMW of North America will get this place in shape, or give someone else the B.H. Dealership.

Please please please BMW corporate, get this place in shape ....

I can buy a car from so many other sources, but still need to find a better service place .....

Terrible
Terrible. Unbelievably awful. They try to wear you down and take forever to answer a simple question. All the people there seem depressed and unhappy and they won't sell cars at fair prices. They act like there is no recession going on. A big sign on the building says they are moving, so they won't be on Wilshire Blvd. anymore, which is all they had going for them. Go anywhere else.

Superb Sales and Service
My first experience with Beverly Hills was awesome.

Another dealer cound not get the repairs right on my 5 series and I brought to Bev Hills. The service manager got involved and made sure everything was done correctly - safety equipment related. Then I bought another car there as a gift for my partner - the sales guys were awesome and even helped decorate the car for the birthday delivery.

Whenever I inquire about a vehicle and get a price, I feel like I am getting a great deal. I continue to use their service department - and they really are the best BMW service center I have found. Prices are fair, drop off and pick up is easy and they usually have someone who can give me a lift to the office.

Do not hesitate to shop there

So Bad it's almost comical: Update
Update: THey still haven't gotten my plates four nonths later. First they told me the DMV paperwork was in process, then when I called again, they told me that because it was an out of state car, **I** needed to take it to the DMV to get a verification form, which I did to avoid further hassle. I sent them the form, and have called about four times over the past couple weeks, with no call back. Un*****believable! Here's the original story:
It would be hilarious if not so sad. Terrible: I bought a used car from them about 2 months ago. They tried to deliver it to me with a flap of rubber hanging off the back tire. I pointed it out, and their solution was to cut it off with a razor blade, leaving a divot in the sidewall of the tire. The used car manager was a rude, pompous *ss. I later discovered that the two front tires also needed to be replaced because the car was so badly out of alignment. Also, one of the rear seat belts was not functioning properly, the wiper blades were in shreds, and the passenger window switches did not work. And, although they lied about the DMV fee being required, they still, two months later have not gotten my plates to me. You might expect this from some fly by night corner used car dealer, but not from a high end dealership. I am pursuing this through my credit card co, the atty general for CA, and DMV.

Oh, and by the way, they offered me less than 1/4 the value of my trade, and suggested I go to CARMAX and sell it there, then come back.

Worst Management and Customer Service
I'm suprised this place is even allowed have "BMW" signage. Absolutely THE WORST dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The GM is a piece of work. I had leased a 7 series from them last year. After a lot of headache due to car malfunctions and NO customer service, I returned the car and leased another through South Bay BMW, a real dealership.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. It's no wonder they are having to move out of Beverly Hills and into the valley somwhere.
