So much for supporting our local businesses in Temecula..
Owner was very nice when I was making a purchase but when flash completely broke in less then 6 months he sings a different tune.I had original box, all original manuals and reciepts. Poor business skills, didn't even apologize, didn't offer to help in how it could be fixed, argues and couldn't stop playing his blackjack game on his computer to give professional and courteous help. Was a very disappointing and frustrating situation. Will never shop here again. He offers only 30 days to return items which wasn't the problem , the problem was how he acted or how he treated a returning customer.He said my flash "looked fine"(maybe becasue i have only had it for only 6 months), excuse me? It doesn't work it is completely dead. Why did he not grab a camera and try it out OR OFFER TO HELP? He seemend offended that I came back with my broken flash and stated my camera was broken. POOR skills and very grumpy. Like I said before he is a super sweetie when you are putting cash in his hand but LOOK OUT! The funny thing , when I went there I was going to pay tohave him fix it! HAHA! His loss! Find another place he doesn't appreciate, in this economy, having customers I guess!
