Betty Zlatchin Catering is top-notch. I am a private chef on the Peninsula have had them help with many, many parties over the last ten or so years and every single one has been flawless. The food is always delicious - and looks beautiful. They are very creative and versatile with the menus and presentations and willing to work with clients' particular needs. The staff is always friendly, helpful and scrupulous about protecting clients' houses from wear and tear and about cleaning up afterwards. I would never use another caterer!
