A company that cares about people and their mobility as many of our staff either personally uses mobility equipment or has an immedicate family member that does.

There are not enough stars in the rating system to portray Better Life's execellence. I've been in a wheelchair 13 years and have purchased 4 vans. My first 3 were from The Ability Center and the most recent Toyota Sienna from Better Life.The difference in the whole car buying experience is night and day. During the search for the Sienna I dealt soley with The Ability Center until I became exasperated with their overall service and unwillingness to do business fairly. They tried to take my trade in at a below blue book price and then proceeded to try and sell me the new Sienna at an unreasonably high price. This caused me to look around at other options until I stumbled upon Better Life Mobility. From day one, I knew I was at the right place. The family like atmosphere was palpable. Extraordinary expertise! Diagnosed and repaired lift problem that had been to another major dealer 4 times. James went out of his way to help and was highly professional and courteous. Superior service. Staff member Vivian came out to my van since my egress is difficult- highly thoughtful. Better Life La Mesa will defintely have ALL of my future disabled needs business. They could not have been better for exceeding my experiences and extremely resonable prices, not found elswhere in both San Diego and Los Angeles. P.S. They even washed my van for pick up!‎

Rating approved 6!!! Very pleased that Steve Henry (Assistive Technology Practioner) took time from his Sunday afternoon, to reach me at my residence. I got caught up between my doctor's appointment and other responsiblities, and couldn't make my appointment. Appreciated the time and service Better Life offered!!!‎

From the time we called Better Life requesting service on our full size van, the promptness from the reception to transfer to the appropriate department, was very professional. When we were met by the service writer, James Wade, we were helped to our satisfaction. The knowledge Dana Kelly exibits when discussing with us our vehicle, allowed us to have confidence in the work done on our van at Better Life.
