This company hires the best care providers ever. I can see why they are called BETTER CARE PROVIDERS. Every single care provider that came to help my mother, where very caring, loving, well trained and very professional. Their Care Manager came to check on my mother regularly and she informed me of all of my mother issues. We met with the owners and they were very down to earth and very professional. They promised quality care and they delivered. We had used a couple of other agencies in Hanford and had some horrible experiences. They were not reliable at all and they were very unprofessional in many areas. Unfortunately we had to experience poor service from these other companies in order to appreciate the quality of service this company offers. Don't waste your time or money going elsewhere. This company truly cares and it is obvious in all their personnel.
