For 2 years I have been a customer of Cabana Tans in Reno, owned by a psudo-starlet named Heidi something. I always purchase a series of tans in advance. Yesterday I arrived to discover a note on the door advising her customers that she will be closing her doors effective 9/4...one week later...and saying that she will not be issuing refunds. I went in today and asked if you would be willing to at least give customer who have paid in advance free tanning upgrades. I was told "no". This obviously costs her nothing but apparently she would rather rip off her customers than close her business with some goodwill. I'm writing this because I believe she's a thief....and I hope she won't be permitted to open another business in the state of Nevada for the rest of her life. I'm not sure if I have any legal way to get my money back, but if you know of one please let me know.
