The enterprise on Peters Creek Plaza has some of the worst service i have ever experienced. First they told me the wrong price of the car, let me rent it and drive away and then tried to make me pay when i got back. Instead a month later they took the money out of my account unauthorized. i didnt even use a card on the orginal transaction. they stole the money out of my acct. Second the manager PAM showed little respect for me as a coustmer saying racial comments to me then hung up the phone in my ear which was very unproffesional. The District Manager was suppose to call me a month ago and still no call. I think as a people this enterprise does not deserve our bussiness or money. Their disrespectful and just plain nasty their. I will be taking them to small claims court. Please if you feel the way I feel about these major corportations doing what they want to us, then pls stay away from the Enterprise on Peters Creek in Winston Salem NC

i took my car to this place on jan.30th ,ispecified to the person who estimated what the paint job would cost exactly what i wanted. i wanted the whole car painted inside the door jams and all.i got a call on feb.20th that my car was ready to be picked up.me and my wife went to pick the car up,the paint job they did was worse than when i dropped it off.they had painted over the rust spotsand had let the clearcoat run down the side of the car.i expressed my unhappiness to them and they agreed to repaint it.well,to say the least the second time was'nt any better .the paint started chipping off and had rough spots on it where they had let dust settle under the paint.when i went to discuss repainting it i was cursed at and thratenedto have the law called .please don't ever take your car here.
