Well, the yoga experience part was great. The working out in a room heated to the temperature of a sauna maybe not so great for me. I don't think I would go back but I did feel good after the class. The staff was professional and provided warnings about the effects of hot yoga when you are a newbie. If I liked working out in a heated room then this is definitely the yoga studio I would attend.‎
