Do NOT use this company! They took my Hoover vacuum for repair and had it for 6 months - then called me and told me to come and pick it up because they refused to work on that brand anymore. I have a gift certificate for this store that my children gave me but now that they will not repair my vacuum it is useless and they refuse to refund the $100 to my daughter. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.
