I can't believe that review I just read. I have been going to
Best Pool Supply for years. They are the friendliest, most knowledgeable and honest people you ever want to meet. They would never try to rip you off. I know other people that go there too and they feel the same. Have never heard a negative thing about them. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my pool equipment.

Be aware of the tech Jim. He is out to get the last penny from every customer. He is a rip off artist and will clean your pocket out of every penny. Don't trust or believe anything he says. He uses his 25 years to screen customers and see who to get the most out off. His main targets are women he will have them buy new equipments whether they need it or not, repair their old ones and re-sale it for a higher profit. In their website they have a car in a pool. That's no joke and exactly what they do destroy your pool. No regards for customers. Jim is bad news. Stay away from Best Pool Supply!
