Major Roof tear-down and Re-Roofing, Dormer added and minor Bathroom Remodeling: Had three estimates done by local contractors Best Home Services of West Allis had the lowest and overall most outstanding bid. Written contract was clearly stated and easy to understand. Design was appropriate and the remodeling done to our home is most satisfactory. The company owner (John) was most helpful in obtaining all necessary Work Permits from City Hall and he was there personally for the inspections made by City Building Inspector. Workers were courteous and respectful to us and our neighbors. My wife and I are very proud of the project done to our home!
Pros : Outstanding rates, good job assessment and excellent work.
Cons : Project took a few more days than originally proposed; but this was in part due to inclement weather (i.e. some heavy thunderstorms)- "no biggy".
