sub-par service and selection, but not many other UES options
You might be put on hold for 10 minutes, but it is worth calling ahead anyway to make sure they have what you are looking for. If you are looking for something popular there is a good chance they don't have it. Like bose noise cancelling headphones, decent wii games, any new movies...generally nothing you can use a gift card to buy. If they have what you want you can buy it online and pick it up there in some cases. There aren't many other choices on the UES so hopefully they have what you are looking for and there's not a line of 20 people waiting to check out. Their prices are decent, but I sent in a rebate once I never received, so I don't recommend counting on that in your pricing.

Great place by Clinton G. at InsiderPages
They have a large selection at this store and I have never had an issue with tis employees. There are regular sales and they are usualy well stocked with DVDs and games.

PROS: Wide selection of DVDs and other goods
CONS: none

There are so many things that you can find at this particular best buy. Although it is a little out of the way for me, I don't mind shopping there. I'm surprised that their prices are actually lower (for ink atleast) than Staples which is only ten minutes away from me!
