el cajon best buy
4 stars for having the laptop that I wanted on sale. Minus 1 star for making me drive to El Cajon city to pick it up.
There was an online sale of a certain laptop on Best Buy's website that was happening for just one day only and apparently the goddamn laptop sold out in under ten minutes. Oh well.
Felling dejected all day and wanting to shoot my desktop computer for being so slow, I went about my day.
After a tasteless meal of fast food burger and fries I decided to call Best Buy. Just for kicks. Maybe they had one that got returned or something.
I call the Mission Valley store but they were busy and unbeknownst to me they transferred my call to the El Cajon store. But lo and behold they had one left !
I pay over the phone and was about to drive over there when the person on the other line told me that its only a short 20 minute drive. Say what ? Kearny Mesa to Mission Valley does not take 20 minutes.
Good thing she informs me that my call was transferred and that the laptop was in El Cajon otherwise I wouldve wasted a trip.

Great customer service
I have to say, at every other best buy I have been to, I can never find anyone to help me. I'm always searching the entire store for someone, sometimes going in circles for five or ten minutes, and sometimes giving up. But as soon as I came into this best buy about two weeks ago, I was so relieved. I literally had eight people walk by asking if I needed any help!! THANK YOU! I will always go to this location in the future!
