Never again!
Burt's Plumbing? Never again! This company is the most outrageously overpriced plumber in town. The price for repairing two leaking faucets....$440. I could have purchased brand new faucets, and had them installed by a competent plumber, with change left-over.

They came out and repaired some electrical items after a lightning strike. I thought they were efficient and pretty fast in getting here - about 2 days after I called them. The problem was sorted out quickly and power restored to the part of the house that had lost it. I would trust them again to work on my house, but if it was something that couldn't wait then there may be better options.

Bert's scheduling was about a three day wait, and they were timely, however I felt that they were over priced. I also felt that I was charged for technician time that was spent on the cell phone dealing with other matters besides mine. The technician did not have an outlet plate in white, so we had to purchase one ourselves. We did pay a truck charge, so I felt that he should have had the truck stocked with something that simple.

I used Berts plumbing when I had my toliet overflow. I couldn't find a company to come out quickly for me. Everyone wanted me to wait at least 3 hours to get here. I am sorry, but it was something that could not wait. I called and spoke with a worker from berts and told them what happened. I had a plumber here at my house within the hour. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg for coming out on such sort notice as other companies wanted as well. They took the headache out of needing a plumber. I was happy with the service they provided and would use them again for any of my plumbing needs.
