I'm primarily reviewing their karaoke selection, which is fairly extensive. I love to go in and browse. The employees who work there are extremely polite and eager to help. In most cases, if they don't have something one is looking for at that location, it can be found at their warehouse and can be sent to the store in a day or two. Bertrands also sells everything one needs for hosting a karaoke show of one's own such as: mixers, amps, speakers & stands, mics, cables, etc. Their prices on some items, are little high (compared to ebay for example) but that is to be expected for a brick and mortar store. However, on other items, they are very competitive.

They also have a kiosk set up where one can burn a custom cdg/karaoke disk - which is pretty convenient.

I am a Middle School Band Teacher in the Inland Empire and have been doing busines with Bertrand's Music for over 15 years. If you are looking for quality instruments to buy or rent they will work with you and get you what you are looking for. They have private lessons from students and pros right at the shop, and if you like karaoke they can accomidate you in that area as well. Awesome store with awesome service!!!

Bertrands is a great local music store. You can find lessons from pros and students here. You can buy or rent almost any instrument and if you cant, they will cater to you and help you with whatever you need. They carry tons of music from beginner to advanced, from classical to pop culture
