Terrible customer service on management's part
Today is the first time I have had food from Berry Hill and where do I begin... First of all, I don't understand how they charge the prices for their portions. There is no place in Houston that charges ten dollars for a small plate of fajita meet with no rice or beans and little sides of queso and sour cream. Don't get me wrong, the food was good but all it is, is an expensive snack. My order was screwed up and I was charged for items I did not receive. They did offer to refund me my money or to replace the items, but it was at an unconvinced to me. The manager there was of no help at all and actually conducted business in a non professional manner. He decided to cop an attitude towards my co-worker when she called to let him know we were dissatisfied with the service. I have worked as a manager in the food service industry and know for a fact that she was miss-handled. The manager was out of line and should not have acted the way he did. I want my tip back from him after that. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If my first time eating there was a bad experience, why would I want someone I know eat at this establishment?
