Our reservations were promptly attended to, but it took 10 minutes before a server found us. It took another 10 minutes to receive water and place settings and one menu as they said they could not find another. It took 20 minutes to receive our bar drinks. There was loud electric rage "music" that they would not turn off. The waitress hinted that some restaurants use the rapid paced music to speed up the eating speed of their clients.

The food (salad and main course) all arrived together. The mahi was cooked perfectly, the mushroom risutto was mush. The selected red wine had a "corked" flavor, but the waitress replaced the wine with another at no charge (first good thing she did).

I would not return to this restaurant again as there are many many other choices of restaurants in the Coconut - Miami Gables - Little Havana area to try. For the restaurant, we noticed that others nearby did not have the service problems we had.

We had a very relaxing late lunch on the large terrace. We had the Veggie Burger with greens. My husband had the Frenc Fries that are coated in a pepper spice. There is plenty of free parking on site. There are many vegan and vegetarian options at a fair price.

My favorite restaurant... very comfortable, casual, atmosphere whether you're there for lunch, dinner or just a coffee and dessert. Although, service can take a little long the staff is very polite. Very nice open atmosphere, a great outdoor romantic setting. Fantastic salads with incredible house dressing, wraps, smoothies, drinks and desserts. A definite must visit!

I'm a regular at Berries because the food and drinks are tasty and reasonable. Pleasant, friendly ambiance -- the staff is friendly but the service can be inconsistent, even with the same servers night to night. My favorites are the big salads, the pumkin ravioli, and brunch in general. The half-price happy hour 4-7 every day of the week is pretty cool, too.

Great food, anytime. Pet friendly. They get busy so be patient, especially if you get a new waiter. They are unsympathetic to you if you complain about your food being cold or if your drink is watery. They do take care of it, though. As long as you roll with it, its a good time. Highly recommended for parties too. And beautiful ambience- versatile for intimate conversation to a big loud group.
