This store had a varitey of hard to find (and sometimes older) items, but I found exactly what I wanted in a leather wallet. The customer service was excellent. The sales lady even recommended a nice lunch place nearby. Parking was easy at the lot next door. They were also wililng to order some luggage that they didn't have in stock. They even refered me to another store if I was in a hurry -- but I ordered through them since they treated me so well.

If youre looking for the latest in trendy merchandise go to Rodeo Drive. But if you looking for an eclectic mix of luggage, bags, wallets, gifts this is your place. Some of the merchandise is older (but new). But they had some hard to find items. I was impressed with the service when at first they didn't carry parts I needed for a trunk. They sent me to another store on Sunset who also could not help me. I went back to Bernards and told them how desperate I was. The lovely German sales girl called her boss and he did some research and ordered the parts for me. Both of them phoned me several times to tell me about the progress and when the parts came in. I couldnt ask for better service.
