I was a regular student of Devorah Sacks at Open Door Yoga. Open Door Yoga just closed, and Devorah has moved the Mysore program to Bernal Yoga. I like practicing in the space - it's got a very good vibe. I haven't taken any other classes here, so I can't recommend them, but I've heard good things, and I can vouch for the mysore program.

What I like best about Bernal Yoga is its community/family atmosphere. Bill and Savonn have created a space where yoga is about yoga - not some flybynight trend. As someone who has been practicing in various studios throughout SF for a number of years I appreciate the warm heartedness and professionalism of the staff.
