Disappointing customer service
I was excited to go to the berkley hat store when my friend first mentioned it, i had heard good things but my experience was quite different. At first one of the staff followed us around like we were going to steal something, failing to ask if they could help us with anything, just being creepy. More customers came in and the staff disappeared to help others. After 15 minutes waiting for someone to help us, The place was getting crowded, it's a small store, way too much inventory for such a small space. I asked about a display model hat and got a hurried, rude response of "we're helping other customers sir". I waited another 15 minutes in a store i could barely walk in. With only 10 people in it, it's overwhelmingly crowded. They wouldn't even engage me, knowing i had been standing there waiting for help, I had to beg for their attention.
