Just wanted to say we had a great time and Thank you for your great service. I got two rooms and an RV spot for my family members. Highly recommended for family outings.

Had been promising my wife a romantic weekend for awhile now and was trying to figure out how to combine that with some fishing. I found this great place called Benson's Lakeside Resort they have this motel and restaurant a good combination for that weekend. I had an extra bonus for that weekend, they had a live band performing and we had a great time. We were able to enjoy ourselves then had a short walk to the motel from the restaurant that night. The wife and I stood in front of our room and looked at the lake. It was a night to remember. We had a nice dinner, danced, and best of all I got to fish.

My buddies and I went fishing this last weekend had a great time. We had everything we needed at this resort. The food was great and the mini mart was as described on the website. The motel on the property was really comfortable and there was lots of room for our boat and truck. We had friendly service and an over all excellent stay. Thank you we will come up again soon!

This place is a real dump. We found a dead scorpion in one of the motel rooms, leaky, poorly maintained bathrooms in the motel, and dead birds in the near by parking lot to greeet us. NO TV. NOTHING about this place was OK. There's just no pride of ownership. For $85 per night, it's highway robbery. The restaurant has overpriced, poor quality food. My BLT was two burnt bacon crisps, iceberg lettuce and tasteless tomatoes on white toast for $8. You're a captive audience, so they even charge for a glass of water with ice! You can't even see the lake from the motel. The lake has fish, but don't stay at Benson's to fish the lake. This place should be in a contest for "worst accomodations ever." It's just plain awful.

I have to say I had a really great experience at this resort. The lake was awesome very peaceful I caught a big ol fish and the whole stay was awesome. I found this resort online I had no idea Pine Flat Lake was only 30mins from my home. I think this is like an untouch resource for camping and boating. The motel was comfortable and clean. The people that took my resevations were really nice and there is even a cafe on the resort. I want to go back and rent one of the apartments for the weekend that over look the lake. I have to give them a ten because I have totally found a awesome vacation getaway thats not crowded and is close to home. I drive up was great too!
